    Pros +

    • There were many things we liked and enjoyed. About the boutique 5 star hotel. We were told by TukTuk driver that Siri means beautiful. The property is a beautiful, quaint located in the center of the Old City. If you want a personalized northen Thai upscale experience then this is a strong choice. The staff were hard working, attentive individuals always with a hello upon return, a smile and a willingness to assist. Breakfast was restaurant style with made to order servings, and on the days of early departure the staff pepared a breakfast box. A special thankyou goes out to Aoy the GM, and front of house staff Cho and Nim. They made us feel special and always welcome.
    • The hotel is so clean and beautiful aesthetically. The breakfast was very amazing and so was the afternoon tea. We had the best time at this hotel. If you are in Chiang Mai, you have to stay here.
    • Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The property itself is stunningly beautiful, and the private villas made the experience feel truly special. Having our own private pool was a dream, and the attention to comfort was unmatched. Each day, the staff thoughtfully restocked our fridge with snacks and water, which was such a nice touch. The bed was a large king and one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in—perfectly cushioned without being too soft. The bathroom was luxurious and modern, complete with a bidet toilet that added to the overall high-end feel. Every detail of the room was clearly well thought out.Breakfast each morning was another highlight. It was made to order rather than a buffet, which we really appreciated because everything was fresh and customized exactly to our liking. The quality and presentation were excellent and set a perfect tone for the day.The service deserves special praise. The staff cleaned the entire resort daily, and you could tell they paid attention to even the smallest details. Room service cleaned our villa every day and surprised us with little gifts on the bed, such as keychains and mints, which made us feel genuinely cared for.The location was also perfect. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful temples within walking distance, making it easy to explore and soak in the local culture. There’s a daily night market literally down the street, and the popular Saturday night market is less than two miles away, which made evenings especially fun and convenient. We stayed here to celebrate our honeymoon, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. We were welcomed with rose petals and thoughtful gifts on the bed—all complimentary—which made us feel so special and appreciated. The level of hospitality and warmth from the staff was exceptional. This was truly a perfect honeymoon destination, and we can’t wait to return.

    Cons -

    • It was January, would have liked the pool a little warmer.
    • No complaints at all. The staff and the hotel were on point so I have zero complaints. The staff was actually so polite and sweet. The food was impeccable and cleaniless was on point, so no complaints at all and just. good vibes overall.
    • NOTHING. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful hotel that is tucked away from the noise of the busy streets of the old city neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful— we could hear the evening prayers from the Wat close by. Outstanding service from the staff— they even arranged an all day car service to take us shopping. Would stay here again.

The location was great—close to everything but not loud. The room was beautiful, bright and spacious. The tub was great. Very helpful with luggage. Private pool is nice idea in the shade for summer (too cold in the shade at winter). Pool cabanas are cleaned each day so it’s nice to lay under them to relax.

The rollaway bed was hard…not useable. Also, breakfast takes too long with family members served up to 25 minutes apart. Even getting coffee takes 5-10 minutes and the machine is right there. Made my own latte after I saw what was happening.

    Great location and very peaceful

The bed was a bit hard for me, but some people like a firm bed.

The style and comfort of the hotel. It isn't a large hotel but the rooms had plenty of space.

Breakfast menu wasn't the best but that wasn't a problem given the standard options available

    Location, facility, appearance & presentation

The only mold criticism- staff could use some training…. EG when we arrived welcome drinks were ‘there’ but not offered. They always seemed in rush to move us ‘on and over’. Similarly in restaurant: waiter comes to table instant you arrive and stands point blank to take order before you have a chance to open the menu. Small things in the greater scope; really the only thing from giving a 10 cross-board .

The property is relatively new and beautiful. We reserved a suite which was large and very nice.

Breakfast is basic and not great quality. If you come at the last hour they do not replenish missing drinks or food items.

The place was well put together and loved the history of it.

Breakfast! Have better coffee❤️ and pool was not private ?

Everything was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was amazing. We were treated very well during our stay and we will definitely book there the next time we're in Chiang Mai. It's located in the heart of the old city so it's a perfect spot for tourists and people wanting to explore the temples, markets, bars and coffee shops. Highly recommend this hotel.

    All good.

Great hotel with amazing staff. Room was vey spacious, property grounds and lobby beautifully designed and very well maintained. All in all, our stay was better than expected. Would come back for sure.

Love the design, the room, and its cleanliness. The staff was also friendly and helpful

    The parking space was dusty

This really is a beautiful hotel. Our breakfast here was the best we had in the 3 days in Chiang Mai, as was our dinner in the restaurant.

Design wise the bathroom could do with space to put your toiletries. The bedroom could do with having a mirror, and drawer space for clothing. We felt more could be made of the hotel lounge / reception area by having a bar. It would be the perfect spot for an early evening Gin & Tonic after a day exploring.

    8DamienPosted on: 9-12-2023

Beautiful place. Overlooked by part of a temple. You could hear monks chanting. Sweet Hotel cat. Altogether very charming.

Lack of room service and a bar. So the staff were great about doing everything they could to bring things to the room but it was unclear from the outset what was possible. They have a gorgeous pool. It would be lovely to be able to have a cocktail at it. They could provide wine and beer but nothing else. So we had drinks in our fridge instead. So didn't ruin the trip by any means but something that would maybe make the hotel more attractive to western travellers in particular.

Beautiful hotel in a great location in the Old City - the perfect mix of being on a quiet street, but within walking distance of all the excellent bars and restaurants of Chiang Mai. Room was perfect, pool was lovely and the staff were very helpful throughout.

This hotel is a hidden gem! We had no intention of staying here and we’re actually booked for an airbnb but left early to check out this boutique hotel. Exceeded expectations by a mile! The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the location was ideal.

I would have liked two room keys. The rooms are set up to have the room key power electricity to the room. While I know the hotel is conserving energy by requiring the room to power down when guests leave, it would have been more comfortable to come inside from a very hot day to a chilled room.

internet was having some problems when I was there

The room was amazing and great breakfast ! Staff was very helpful. Great that we could use the bicycles of the hotel, very handy for a little tour of the city.
